On October one, 2015 the Department amended the rules governing the previous List of Absolutely free Legal Companies Providers at 8 C.File.R. § 1003.61 et seq. The amendments renamed the Listing as the “List of Professional Bono Legal Company Companies” and considerably revised the requirements for vendors for being put on the List. Amendments
